Data We Collect
While browsing the site and using its services, we collect the following categories of data:
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, and traffic source, collected automatically through analytics tools.
- Voluntarily provided data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and any other information entered in the site's contact form.
- Advertising interaction data: anonymous identifiers and technical cookies related to advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) via their respective tracking pixels.
- Aggregated behavioral data: mouse movements, scrolling, and page interactions, collected in anonymous/pseudonymized form through Microsoft Clarity to improve the user experience.
Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Handling contact requests: to respond to requests submitted through the site's form. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Statistical traffic analysis: to understand how the site is used and improve its content and performance. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), collected via the cookie banner.
- Marketing and remarketing activities: to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and show relevant ads on Google and social networks. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Legal compliance: to comply with accounting or tax obligations, or requests from competent authorities. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
Providing data through the contact form is optional, but refusing to provide the data marked as required makes it impossible for us to process your request.
Third-Party Services
To operate the site and its marketing activities, we rely on the following third-party providers, who act as independent controllers or data processors depending on their respective terms of service:
Measures site traffic and user behavior in aggregated, statistical form.
Monitors the site's performance in Google search results (queries, rankings, indexing). Does not install cookies on the user's device: data is collected by Google server-side.
Measures ad conversions and enables remarketing on the Google network.
Measures conversions and builds custom audiences for advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Where active, they measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns run on their respective social platforms.
Analyzes browsing behavior (heatmaps, anonymized session recordings) to improve site usability. The data collected is pseudonymized and does not include keystrokes from sensitive fields.
Technical service that handles the sending and email delivery of messages submitted through the site's contact form. The data entered in the form (name, email, message) is transmitted to this provider solely to deliver the request to the Data Controller.

Transfer of Data Outside the EU
Some of the providers listed above (Google, Meta, Microsoft) may transfer collected data to servers located in the United States or other countries outside the EEA. These transfers take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other adequate safeguards under Articles 44-49 GDPR, as indicated in each provider's respective privacy notice.
Data Retention Period
- Contact form data: kept for as long as necessary to process the request and, if a business relationship is established, for the period required by applicable contractual, accounting, and tax obligations.
- Analytics and advertising data: kept according to the retention periods set by each third-party provider (typically between 2 and 26 months), as indicated in their respective privacy notices.
- Once these periods have elapsed, the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
Your Rights
As a data subject, under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and obtain a copy of it.
- Obtain the correction of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data.
- Obtain the deletion of your data (right to be forgotten), within the limits provided by law.
- Obtain the restriction of processing in specific cases.
- Obtain the portability of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Object at any time to processing, including processing for marketing purposes.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before the withdrawal.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali; in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

Data Security
We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or accidental disclosure, in line with Art. 32 GDPR. Access to data collected through the contact form is limited to authorized personnel of the Data Controller.
Minors
The site and the services offered are intended for adults acting in a professional or business capacity. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal data of a minor without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Notice
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically, for example following regulatory changes or the introduction of new tools on the site. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of the document. We encourage you to check it periodically.
